Application to Exhibit
- The application form must be completed in two copies, one of them to be kept by the exhibitor and the other copy shall be sent to the director of the fair at the following address:
- To Corniche El Nile, Boulac, Cairo, Egypt. Applications shall be received by our side before 15 Dec. 2017, taking into consideration that exhibition space will be allocated according to the firstly received registrations.
- The fair management reserves the right to accept or refuse any application according to certain conditions, without giving any reason. Cancellation Policy:
- A charge of 30% from total invoice will be applied for any cancellation received before 01 of December, 2017.
- A charge of 50% from total invoice will be applied for any cancellation received after 01 of December, 2017.
- Full charge (100%) will be applied for any cancellation received after 30 December, 2017.
- Entry to the fair is permitted only to the holders of the special entry card issued by the fair management. Exhibitors must ensure they have been provided with this card and keep it for multiple entries.
